Our Services

Villa on the Bay has a full-time property manager who assists in scheduling on-island transportation, tours and excursions, restaurant reservations, and extra services, meets your group at the villa upon your arrival and is available throughout your stay to handle any issues you may have.  Additionally, full housekeeping services every other day are included in the rental fee.  Additional services available for a fee include –

  • Everyday housekeeping services
  • Meals prepared and served by a cook
  • Grocery provisioning
  • Scheduling a masseuse
  • A driver for airport transfers and/or any other trips anywhere on the island.
  • On-site COVID tests administered by a doctor

Meet Nina, The Property Manager

Villa on the Bay’s property manager, Nina, has been with the villa since May 2018. She has 17 years in the hospitality industry as both a restaurant and housekeeping manager. Nina has lived in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Switzerland, but she and her husband Henning have called St. Lucia home since 2004. She started her property management company, Marigothill Ltd. Property Management, in 2007. In her spare time (when she has any!), she enjoys traveling, socializing, dancing, hiking, reading, and watching movies.

The Ever-Smiling Rose, Your Housekeeper

Villa on the Bay is lucky to have Rose as our housekeeper since 2003. Born in St. Lucia, she enjoys looking after people, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Always pleasant and smiling, she will keep the villa sparkling clean – and you’ll hardly know she’s there.

Imus is Our Gardening/Maintenance Whiz

Imus, a native of St. Lucia, has been with Villa on the Bay since 2018. Knowledgeable about local flora and fauna, he loves farming and gardening, and he is always happy to help with any task that needs doing.
